Dear Gail:

Last year, the three of us presented you with a sizeable problem – to find us a home with a nice mother-in-law suite complete with kitchen.  You worked tirelessly for months in this endeavor and for that we are grateful.

We thought your efforts had paid off last September when you found a nice home that the seller had remodeled and updated.  However the appraisal came in lower than the contract and the seller refused to sell at the appraised price.

Undaunted, you kept searching.  The homes with mother-in-law suites are very scarce and those with nice suites were not appealing to us in the main house.  When we found the main house to our liking, the mother-in-law suite was too small.

You finally solved the problem with a nice Garden Home for mom and two blocks away a nice home for Roy and me.  We are close together where we can look out for each other and yet still have our privacy.
